This notice explains the information BizSEO uses to provide the public website, member workspace and search visibility tools.

1. Information used by BizSEO

• Account information: sign-in identity and member identifier supplied by our sign-in service.
• Project information: business name, domain, country, language, place and search phrases you choose to track.
• Search information: search phrases and locations submitted for a check, returned results, ranking snapshots and whether a result came from cache.
• Technical information: request and security logs needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the Service.
• Cookies: an authentication cookie used to keep your member session active and a signed visitor cookie used with the request IP to enforce the daily anonymous free-check limit. The Service does not use advertising cookies.

2. How information is used

We use this information to authenticate members, save and display projects and rank history, run requested search checks, prevent abuse, keep the Service secure and respond to support requests.

3. Search providers and service partners

When you request a search check, the phrase and selected location may be sent to the search provider configured for that request so it can return results. BizSEO also relies on its sign-in service and hosting providers to operate the Service. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy notice.

4. Retention and security

We keep account, project and search records while needed to provide the Service, maintain its security and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and encrypted connections. No online service can promise absolute security; contact us promptly if you suspect account misuse.

5. Your choices

You can stop using the Service and contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information. Some records may need to be kept where required by law or to protect the Service and its members.

6. Children and changes

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We may update this notice as the Service changes; the date above identifies the latest version.
