Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the BizSEO public website, member workspace and search visibility tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What BizSEO provides

BizSEO helps you review public search results for business names, domains, phrases and locations you submit. The Service may show rankings and other businesses that appear for a search. Search results can vary by time, device, location and search provider. A result is a snapshot, not a promise of future visibility or business outcomes.

2. Beta availability

BizSEO is in beta. Features may change, stop working or be removed while the Service is developed. During the beta preview, access is free. No paid plan or price is offered by these terms.

3. Your account and submitted information

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of the project details, search phrases and locations you submit. Submit information only when you are authorized to use it. You may not access another member’s data or attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the Service.

4. Search providers

Search requests may be processed by a third-party search provider configured for BizSEO. Provider availability and results are outside BizSEO’s control. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information as a search phrase.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and in line with applicable third-party terms. Do not use it to harass, defraud or mislead anyone, to overload or attack any system, or to collect information in a way that violates another person’s rights.

6. Service changes and responsibility

The Service is provided during beta on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, BizSEO does not guarantee uninterrupted access, ranking accuracy, search-provider availability or a particular marketing result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Ending access and updates

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the Service, members or the public, or to comply with law. We may update these terms; the updated date above will show when they changed.
